FAQs

I want to attend both days?

You are welcome to attend both days. A valid Aerospace Bristol ticket will get you into FSimUK on both days. If you require overnight accomodation then look at our partner hotels: https://fsimuk.bfsg.club/hotels/

Does the venue offer catering?

Yes, see the Aerospace Bristol cafe: https://aerospacebristol.org/cafe

Will there be filming or photography taking place?

FSimUK and our exhibitors will be filming or taking photos to capture the magic of the show for websites and social media. Since our cameras will be capturing the energy of the whole event, we unfortunately cannot set aside specific sections as non-filming areas.
Look out for our FSimUK lanyards being worn, to identify creators and exhibitors. If you want to avoid being on camera, please steer clear of them during filming.

Does Aerospace Bristol have an Accessibility Guide?

What will parking be like?

FSimUK organisers will be encouraging people to car share, use public transport, walk from local hotels or park offsite, if able, as we expect attendee numbers to be bigger than Aerospace Bristol’s car park.

I want to create some content prior to the event

Email the FSimUK organisers (fsimuk@bfsg.club) and they will share video footage and logos.
