Ticket Info

🛩️ Step 1: Secure Your Flight Tracking Number (Buy Ticket)

Before you can spool up the engines, you need your flight tracking number. Head over to Aerospace Bristol to purchase your event ticket.

🛩️ Step 2: Complete your Loadsheet (Register for your Goody Bag)

Once you have your flight tracking number (your ticket), taxi back over to our website to complete your loadsheet (see form below). This step unlocks your official event payload: a custom-curated aviator goody bag packed with exclusive crew gear and event swag. Don’t leave your cargo on the tarmac!

🛩️ Step 3: Get properly dressed for Duty (Purchase your optional event t-shirt)

Virtual Captains know you can’t command the virtual skies without the proper uniform. So head over to our official t-shirt partner and purchase the official event tee! Designed and produced by FlightSimTees, this premium attendee t-shirt is more than just merchandise—it’s a keepsake from the ultimate UK flight simulation event! The design is centred around EGTG (Bristol Filton Airport), celebrating the historic home of Aerospace Bristol.

🛩️ Step 4: Plan your Flight Plan to Bristol (Attend the event!)

With your flight tracking number secured and your loadsheet complete, it’s time for the best part—wheels up! Point your nose towards Bristol and prepare to join the formation. Get ready for a high-energy weekend of flight simulation, socialising with fellow virtual pilots, and unforgettable exhibits, demos and presentations. See you there!

NOTE: FSimUK and our exhibitors will be filming or taking photos to capture the magic of the show for websites and social media. Since our cameras will be capturing the energy of the whole event, we unfortunately cannot set aside specific sections as non-filming areas.
Look out for our FSimUK lanyards being worn, to identify creators and exhibitors. If you want to avoid being on camera, please steer clear of them during filming.
