  • Consent: When you explicitly opt-in to join our marketing mailing list or browser-based notifications.
  • Contract / Legitimate Interests: When you email us regarding an expression of interest to attend or exhibit, or when managing registrations and exhibitor logistics for FSimUK 2026.

  • Administrative communications regarding FSimUK 2026.
  • Sending logistical updates to confirmed exhibitors or attendees.

5. Data Retention

We will only keep your name and email address for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including managing the October 2026 event and concluding any post-event administrative updates. If you are subscribed to our mailing list, we will retain your email address until you choose to unsubscribe.
