1. Contact Information

This may be a company name, TikTok, YouTube, club name etc. If registering as an individual exhibitor and you do not have a brand name, simply enter your full name.

2. Exhibition Requirements

Which size stand do you require?
Please consult the Exhibitors Pack when completing this section.
Your stand must remain within the size selected.
You will be asked about table requirements further down.
If you require support with your booth or stand for the show, details of our preferred supplier are in the Exhibitor Pack (see link at the top of the page).
If you require I.T equipment for the show, details of our preferred supplier are in the Exhibitor Pack (see link at the top of the page).
Reminder: If you are booking computers for the show, please remember to include a Wi-Fi adapter if you need wireless internet access.
Please detail any power requirements you have. How many standard UK 13Amp sockets will you require? If you have no specific power requirements, please state ‘None’.
FSimUK can provide 6′ by 2′ 6″ wide (1.83m × 0.76m) tables.
Hardware vendors attending FSimUK 2026 may be able to offer peripherals to other exhibitors for the duration of the show.
FSimUK anticipates being an annual event. Long-term storage would allow exhibitors to store equipment between shows.
Please describe any of the following aspects: how you propose to use the room, how many people the workshop would be for, for how long, how many times could you run the workshop, an approximate schedule. Details of the space are included in the Exhibitor Pack (see link at the top of the page). FSimUK will review all submissions as they arrive and then contact you to discuss your ideas further. If you have no requirement, please state ‘No’.
With the expected volume of exhibitors, Aerospace Bristol’s internet bandwidth may be limited. To ensure a seamless connection for your booth or stand, we recommend bringing a data source, such as a 5G hotspot or portable satellite terminal.

3. Exhibitor Requirements

Details of the meal option are included in the Exhibitor Pack (see link at the top of the page).

Packed lunches will be provided for exhibitors. Please do not name individuals’ dietary requirements; just state whether you have vegetarian, vegan or other dietary requirements for exhibitors within your group and how many (if possible). If you have no specific dietary requirements within your group, please state ‘None’.
Aerospace Bristol’s car park can take approximately 450 cars. FSimUK urges exhibitors not to bring cars to the venue if possible, reserving spaces for attendees.
FSimUK are in discussions about providing a shuttle bus option from our preferred hotels. If this is of interest to you, please select the option.

4. Sponsorship and Prizes

If you wish to be an FSimUK 2026 sponsor, please select which level:

Information on Bronze, Silver and Gold sponsorship is in the Exhibitor Pack (see link at the top of the page).
For example, the UK regional flight simulations clubs, BFSG, SW FSG, GFSG and NW FSG will be running landing challenges and intend to offer prizes to winners.

5. Use of the FSElite Stage within the John James Bristol Theatre

Would you like to request a presentation slot?
Priority for presentation slots are given to Gold and Silver sponsors. However, any exhibitor, even those not having a stand, can request a presentation slot.
