Flight Sim UK is landing at Aerospace Bristol this October 2026 and we’re now racing at speed to deliver the event. Join us and make it happen!
The FlightSim UK event is a partnership between Bristol Flight Simulation Group (BFSG) and Aerospace Bristol.
We are inviting exhibitors to attend for a small donation to help cover direct costs, as follows:
Small area (6’ x 4’) £25
Medium area: (up to 18’ x 8’) £50
Large: (over 18’ x 8’) £100
Not for profit organisations: £Free
In addition, each person attending (including exhibitors) will need to purchase their own entrance ticket to Aerospace Bristol. These are separate from your exhibition donation and cost £20 per adult (online price) which will give you free visitor access to Aerospace Bristol for 12 months from your first visit. Existing annual passes will be valid for the event.
What we can provide at no additional cost to you:
- Floor space with tables and chairs where needed
- Power and Wi-Fi (boosted to allow for additional traffic)
- Dedicated break-out area for exhibitors with free tea and coffee
- Additional demo and hands-on space – on request
- An opportunity for you to give a presentation or run a workshop within a programme of events
- Inclusion on marketing emails, website and floor plan
- Discounted rates at local hotels (details tbc)
- PAT testing if necessary
- And, of course, a dedicated visitor base of flight sim enthusiasts from across the UK and beyond, plus members of the public interested in starting up their own flight sim environment
