FSimUK is organised by Bristol Flight Simulation Group (BFSG) and Aerospace Bristol. As such, reference to FSimUK in these terms and conditions inherently encompasses these two organisations.
Payments and donations: Exhibitor donations and sponsorship are non-refundable. FSimUK is not VAT registered. We cannot offer VAT receipts for donations and sponsorship.
Timings: The event will be open to the public on Saturday 10th October from 10am to 5.30pm and on Sunday 11th October from 10am to 4.30pm. Exhibitors can access the venue on Friday 9th October for setup. The timetable for Friday will be shared nearer the time. Exhibitors may not vacate or remove equipment or displays until after the exhibition closes.
Equipment, Materials and Goods: FSimUK cannot be held responsible for any equipment, materials or goods brought onto the premises by the exhibitor or their third parties. Insurance against theft or damage is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Insurance: The exhibitor will be responsible for all accidents, injuries and losses and for the cost of repair for any damage done to any part of the venue or its contents which may occur from any cause in connection with the exhibitor’s use of the premises. The exhibitor must carry insurance to cover these risks along with adequate public liabilities insurance.
Cancellation by organiser: If it becomes impossible or impractical to hold the event for reasons beyond the control of FSimUK, the event will either be postponed to a later date, or cancelled. In these circumstances FSimUK will not be liable to pay compensation or refund any expenses incurred by the exhibitor due to the postponement or cancellation. 🛩️
